Therapy Approaches
Mindfulness
This therapeutic technique is achieved, by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting ones's feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy, also known as "talk therapy" is a process whereby psychological problems are treated through communication and relationship factors between an individual and trained therapist.
Relational
Relational psychotherapy, helps individuals recognise the role, relationships play in the shaping of daily experiences, this approach aids the individual to understand patterns appearing in the thoughts and feelings they have towards themselves.
Cognitive Behavioral
Cognitive Behavioural therapy, is a short-term, goal-orientated psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. The aim of this approach, is to change patterns of thinking, or behaviour that are behind individuals difficulties.
Let's Talk
The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.
